Q1 Facebook Report – Ads Still Growing
Nanigans has released a benchmark report on Facebook’s 1st quarter Global Advertising report. The research shows some notable trends in Facebook advertising products overall as well as 2015 Q1 versus the holiday quarter of 2014. CTRs have risen 17% globally. CPCs went down 17% and CPMs down 3%, however, this is typical based on the last quarter of 2014 seeing a huge holiday ad spending rush versus the always slower Q1 that followed.
One of Facebook’s latest ad units, Multi-Product Ads, has risen in spending 5.2 times in Q1, and video ads, another younger ad unit grew 2.8 times.
